  • Yes. We are Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS) trained through the National Association of Home Builders. This means our technicians receive training in aging-in-place safety, fall-prevention best practices, and senior-focused home maintenance standards. We follow proven guidelines to ensure every visit supports safety, accessibility, and long-term independence.

  • A certified technician performs a full home walkthrough (interior and exterior), identifies safety concerns such as fall risks, trip hazards, lighting issues, bathroom safety needs, and more.

    You’ll receive a clear summary of recommendations and next steps to review and approve before any work is performed.

  • Most visits last 60–90 minutes, including a full walkthrough and on-the-spot fixes when possible.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients are adult children arranging services for aging parents. We communicate clearly, share updates digitally, and can coordinate directly with you if you live out of town.

  • Only trained AIP Home Pros technicians. We do not use gig workers or unvetted subcontractors.

    Technicians arrive in uniform, in branded vehicles, with professional communication and identification.

  • Absolutely. Many of our clients are adult children helping loved ones age in place.

    We provide monthly updates, digital communication, reporting options, and (for Platinum members) optional family calls.

  • We maintain strict confidentiality. Client information, reports, and home details are stored securely and never shared without permission.
