How It All Started

AIP Home Pros proudly serves Jacksonville’s Southside, Westside, and Beaches communities, along with Orange Park, Middleburg, and northern St. Johns County as far south as Nocatee.

As a Veteran- and family-owned company, we understand the value of service and community. Scott Fraser began noticing more and more senior citizens struggling with routine home maintenance tasks. Jobs like cleaning gutters, repairing a leaking toilet, or replacing fixtures were no longer simple tasks. For many, they had become dangerous situations that could lead to serious injury. Instead of ignoring the problem, Scott Fraser chose to take action.

By combining his hands-on skills with a desire to serve others, AIP Home Pros was created to focus entirely on helping seniors maintain safe and functional homes. What started as a response to a personal challenge quickly turned into a mission driven business that continues to make a real difference in the Jacksonville community.
